Dancing Crane Farm

Dancing Crane Farm has been in operation since 2003. The Fairbanks family purchased it in 2014. They took over the farm and continue to grow seasonal produce, such as cabbage, greens, potatoes and garlic. Along with an established garden, the previous owners passed on coffee roasting supplies, equipment and licensing. Ryan continues roast fair trade and organic beans that are sold at the Marquette Food Co-op, the Downtown Marquette Farmers Market, and his coffee is served by the cup at the Steinhaus.
